Are you a legal expert with a strong background in real estate and a passion for retail expansion? We’re looking for a Real Estate Legal Specialist to join our growing team in Romania.

As part of the Real Estate department, you will play a key supporting role in securing our store network expansion across the country. From reviewing lease contracts and permits to drafting standard agreements and ensuring full legal compliance, your expertise will directly contribute to our rapid yet risk-conscious growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Acquisition and Construction teams, as well as our international legal department, to align all real estate documentation and communication with internal standards and Romanian legislation.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide legal support throughout the full real estate process — from first contact to store opening.
• Review and help negotiate lease agreements and related legal documents.
• Draft and improve standard contracts (lease, construction, facility management).
• Ensure legal compliance with Romanian laws and Action’s internal standards.
• Support acquisition managers, project managers, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain close collaboration with municipalities, landlords, service providers, and brokers.
• Coordinate with international legal teams and insurance representatives.
• Contribute to documentation standards, internal approvals, and contract databases.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in real estate (retail sector preferred).
• Fluent in English and Romanian (spoken and written).
• Solid knowledge of lease law, permitting processes, construction-related agreements.
• Strong commercial judgment, legal creativity, and pragmatism.
• Highly organized, analytical thinker with the ability to influence and advise cross-functional teams.
